Gators, Gators, Gators!
Take an airboat across South Florida’s Eastern swamp region. From this vantage point, you will possibly spot a wide variety of wild animals, including the area’s most famous resident - the alligator. Remember, that there are no guarantees as to what you will see in the wild. It's all about luck!
Don’t be upset if you don’t spot any gators during your airboat ride, because you will definitely see some at Gatorland. Home to over 4,000 alligators, snakes and other exotic animals, Gatorland is a dream destination for reptile enthusiasts.
There are many exhibits to see, including the Gator Jumparoo Show where large alligators jump four to five feet out of the water to retrieve food.
You can also see the Alligator Wrestling Show in a shaded 800-seat stadium. Gator wranglers catch a 6 to 8-foot alligator by hand and climb onto the snapping animals back to point out survival features to the audience.
After completing a variety of thrilling stunts, younger guests are invited to play around in the ’Gator Gully’ Splash Park. We recommend bringing your flip flops and swim suits, because you might get wet.
